For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 1 business day. Once your order is placed, it goes straight into our processing queue and is carefully packed before shipping.

For custom or bulk orders, production time is typically 2-5 business days depending on the quantity, we allow time to ensure quality, accuracy, and finishing. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer －but we always aim to keep things moving efficiently and will communicate if there are any delays.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and description of the issue.

We'll assess the situation promptly and work toward a fair resolution, whether that means a replacement, refund or other suitable option. Because many of our items are made-to-order, returns for change of mind may not always be possible －but we aim to handle every case reasonably and professionally.

We primarily print using PLA (Polyactic Acid), a widely used and reliable 3D printing material. PLA is lightweight, durable for everyday use, and produces clean, high-quality finishes with excellent detail.

One of the reasons we use PLA is because it is derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane, making it more environmentally conscious option compared to many petroleum-based plastics.

While PLA is strong and suitable for most indoor uses, it is not designed for high-heat environments. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to temperatures above 50-60℃ (such as inside a hot car)

YES! －we love bulk order and corporate projects. Whether you're organising and event, creating brand merchandise, or looking for a unique client gifts, we can produce small-to-medium batch quantities with consistent quality.

Bulk orders typically require 2-5 business days for production, depending on quantity and customisation level. Larger orders may require additional time, which we'll confirm upfront. If branding or logo integration is required, we'll discuss file formats and design specification to ensure clean, professional results.
